As of today, the 20th of September.c. in order to simplify the procedures and reduce the administrative burden, which is the responsibility of the employer, shall be removed from the application Portal by the general inspectorate for immigration, the following documents should be attached in the opinion of the employment of a worker on a permanent basis (the legal entity, the natural person, the change of employer):

• certificate of employment for a job vacancy;
• the proof of the publication by the media of the Usa, has an advertisement for the job vacancy;
• a copy of the minutes drawn up by the employer which should result in making the selection is carried out for the job vacancy;
• the tax clearance certificate issued by the administration of the finances of the public in whose territorial jurisdiction is the domicile of the employer.

We would point out that the documents referred to above, shall be made, within the period of validity, the over the counter at the time of the filing of the application.
